Welcome to OFFCENTER ALUMNI ART, an association created to unite the alumni, faculty, and staff of the Art Center College of Design (Europe).
By accessing or participating in OFFCENTER’s events and initiatives, including but not limited to the OFFCENTER Alumni Art Exhibition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership
1.1 Eligibility
- Membership is open exclusively to alumni, faculty, and staff of ACCD(E).
- Proof of affiliation may be required at the time of registration.
1.2 Membership Fee
- A one-time membership fee of CHF 200 is required to join OFFCENTER. This fee is non-refundable and supports the association’s initiatives, including the Alumni Art Exhibition.
1.3 Artist Fee
- Members who wish to exhibit their artwork at the OFFCENTER Alumni Art Exhibition will be charged an additional CHF 300 to cover exhibition-related costs. This fee is also non-refundable.
2. Event Participation
2.1 Exhibition Details
- The first OFFCENTER Alumni Art Exhibition will take place from October 10–12, 2025, at Salle del Castillo, Vevey, Switzerland.
- All members are welcome to participate in the event, whether as exhibitors or attendees.
2.2 Registration
- Registration for the exhibition is mandatory and must be completed by the specified deadline (to be announced on the official website).
- Space for exhibitors is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of fees.
3. Obligations of Members
- Members must conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values of OFFCENTER and fosters a positive community spirit.
- Members agree to respect intellectual property rights and refrain from any unauthorized use of artworks exhibited at OFFCENTER events.
4. Liability
- OFFCENTER is not liable for any damage to or loss of artwork displayed during the exhibition. Exhibitors are encouraged to insure their artwork independently.
- OFFCENTER does not assume responsibility for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings during the event.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Membership and exhibition fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by OFFCENTER.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances that necessitate the cancellation or postponement of the Alumni Art Exhibition, members will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be proposed.
6. Use of Personal Data
- By registering as a member, you agree that OFFCENTER may collect, store, and process your personal data for purposes related to membership administration and event organization only.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
OFFCENTER reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through announcements on the official website.
